Effective date: July 2, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.mollybsbakery.com (the “Site”) and any purchases from Molly B’s Bakery (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Are
Molly B’s Bakery is a Colorado-based bakery offering baked goods and select handmade items for porch pickup or curbside pickup at: 192 Las Lomas St., Brighton, CO 80601.
2) Ordering & Checkout
-
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
-
We may limit quantities, refuse, cancel, or adjust orders at our discretion (for example, due to availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a refund.
3) Pickup Only (No Shipping)
-
We do not ship orders.
-
Orders are for porch pickup or curbside pickup only.
-
Pickup instructions and timing will be provided at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
4) Curbside Pickup & Accessibility
Our porch pickup location includes steps. If steps are a barrier, we offer curbside pickup. Please contact us in advance or upon arrival so we can assist.
5) Product Information & Allergens
-
We do our best to describe products accurately, but ingredients, appearance, and packaging may vary.
-
Our kitchen may handle common allergens (such as wheat/gluten, nuts, soy). We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free unless explicitly stated.
-
You are responsible for reviewing product details and contacting us with questions before ordering.
6) Pricing, Taxes, and Payments
-
Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time.
-
Applicable taxes and fees are calculated at checkout.
-
Online payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
7) Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements
Because our items are food and made/prepared for pickup:
-
All sales are final once an order is prepared.
-
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started preparing your order, we may be able to cancel and refund at our discretion.
-
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, missing item, quality concern), contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we’ll work with you on a reasonable resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation).
8) Missed Pickups
If you miss your pickup window, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee product quality or availability for rescheduling.

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
