About Me and My Passion for Baking

I started baking sourdough bread and vegan treats because I wanted to create food that is both wholesome and kind to the planet. Baking is more than a hobby for me—it’s a way to connect with people through simple, natural ingredients and traditional methods. Every loaf and treat I make is crafted with care, using only plant-based ingredients. This means no animal products, no shortcuts, just honest food that tastes great and supports a vegan lifestyle.

My goal is to bring the joy of fresh, homemade bread to my community. I believe that good food should be accessible and easy to enjoy, which is why I offer a convenient porch pick up service. This way, you can get your favorite sourdough and treats without any hassle.

How Porch Pick Up Works

To make your experience smooth and safe, I have set specific pick up times and a clear location. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Pick Up Location: My porch at 192 Las Lomas St., Brighton, CO

  • Pick Up Times: When you place your order you can select a day for pickup. Your first option will be two days after placing your order as sourdough bread takes time.

  • Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 PM to 7 PM

  • My house is blue and the number is clearly marked over the garage(192). There will be no visible signs for my business out front as my HOA has restrictions about signs.

  • Once you go up the steps of my front porch you will see a sign for my business and a blue cabinet. Your order will be in a bag clearly marked with your name. No need to knock or ring the bell...just grab, go, and leave me a review that reflects your satisfaction!

  • When you place your order, you’ll see a comment box. If you want curbside service, just leave a note there letting me know. Simply text me your name when you arrive and I will bring your order right to your car. This service is designed to keep things easy and safe, especially for those with busy schedules or mobility differences. There are many steps up to my porch!

What I Bake: Sourdough Bread and Vegan Treats

My products focus on quality and flavor. Here’s a quick look at what you can expect:

  • Sourdough Bread: Made with natural fermentation, my sourdough has a crisp crust and a soft, chewy interior. It’s perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just enjoying plain. My seasonal boules will change flavors with the seasons.

  • Vegan Treats: From cookies to muffins and seasonal specials, all my treats are made with sourdough discard.

  • Tote bags, aprons and t-shirts coming soon!

Each batch is handmade in small quantities to ensure freshness and quality. I love experimenting with new recipes and seasonal ingredients, so you might find something new from time to time.

Here are some benefits:
