Sourdough Boule

This Sourdough Boule is in the classic, round boule shape. It is lighter and airier than my sandwich loaves with a crispy crust.

Always vegan!

Ingredients: Unbleached, Enriched Artisan Bread Flour(Wheat Flour, Malted Barley, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Filtered Water, Sourdough Starter(Bread Flour, Filtered Water), Himalayan Pink Salt
